1. Application review
Share the load, dimensions, travel, workflow, installation site, electrical supply and destination. Our team reviews the requirement and records any assumptions that still need confirmation.
2. Technical proposal
The proposal defines the recommended equipment, main dimensions, options and commercial scope. Custom projects proceed to drawing review before production.
3. Production and delivery
The agreed configuration is manufactured and prepared for shipment. Packing, trade terms, destination documents and estimated schedule are confirmed for each order.
4. Installation and after-sales
We provide the documents and remote coordination included in the quotation. Local unloading, civil work, installation, inspection and approvals follow the written project scope and destination requirements.
