For a useful quotation, describe the complete handling task: what travels on the platform, how it is loaded and how often it moves between floors.
- Include the goods, pallet and any handling equipment in the total load; provide the required usable platform dimensions.

Confirm the installation and supply scope
Before ordering, confirm who will provide site measurements, structural and civil works, installation, commissioning and any required local inspection. The equipment configuration and site conditions must be reviewed together.
Ask for the quotation to identify the equipment, drawings, accessories, shipping arrangements and technical support included. Delivery time, warranty scope and spare-parts arrangements are confirmed for the selected project.
